The Department of Organisation and Human Resources deals with matters related to the organisation of tasks and functioning of the Office, organises meetings of the Board of the Region, deals with matters related to the employment relationship of employees of the Office and the managers of the regional self-government organisational units, develops and implements procedures with respect to HR management, co-ordinates formal and legal co-operation of the Self-Government of the Wielkopolska Region with non-governmental institutions, co-ordinates the management control system at the Office, exercises supervision over information and personal data protection, provides assistance to the Board of the Region, exercises formal and organisational supervision over the bodies in charge of Occupational Health and Safety, co-ordinates matters concerning the Decoration of Honour for "Services to the Wielkopolska Region".
